Q: How would you package the items?
A: I treat everyone as a pro collector. I would not allow the slightest damage even on the corner of the original box. Your item will be protected by bubble wrapand secured in selected high quality carbon box, plastic corners will be applied for every box to protect the box corners. Air bag will be applied if there is spare space in the box, so no matter how hard the delivery man throws it, your item will not be damaged. 

Shipping Address Attention:
 
1. If you don’t PM me for a special shipping address, I only ship to the buyer's registered Paypal address. I’m not responsible for any incorrect address provided.

Also, Your shipping address should be eligible for seller protection in PayPal. So I also suggest you can register a PayPal account to shop at my store.
 
2. Buyers have the responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, by default, I would follow the PayPal shipping address to process shipment, if buyers want to change the shipping address, please contact me once you placed the order. If the item can not arrive due to the address issue, I won't refund the postage fee, so please make sure your shipping address is deliverable. 
 
Q: When will I receive my order? 
A: For in-stock items, your order will be carefully packaged and usually can be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. For the shipping time, you can check the details here:

These estimated delivery time may vary slightly during product release dates or peak times during the holiday shopping season.

A tracking number is provided for all shipments within 1-2 business days after placing a successful order. This number will be sent to you via email and if you have an account on TerryTFSclub.com, you can access this information from your accounts tab.
I work from Monday to Saturday and will be off on Sundays and holidays. Any orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be handled on the next business day. If a shipment happens to fall on a holiday, it will be shipped on the following day. For the emergency orders, pm me on Facebook, and I will handle it as soon as possible.
